Rather change TV's color settings. Not perfect but Better than sdr in my opinion. No problem. Also set your console's HDR/hgig settings black levels to 0. You can check HDTVs video on setting your hgig correctly if you need help on that. Best check it out for yourself, it just requires turning a setting on and off.

The peak brightness in the game seems to be fixed and not adjustable. This game does not seem to use the Xbox HDR system calibration settings. The main peak brightness limit is about 820 nits.
