Hey FrozenMBZ, I bought a CPO 2010 ML350 in August of last year and after nearly 9k miles and daily driving, it has been absolutely problem free. Had 50k miles on it, p1 pkg, always dealer maintained. Picked it up for 26K. I would just recommend you get one that is CPO and probably 2010 or newer.
