I get Aldi low carb wraps, and make 'quesadillas' with a single wrap, a slice of the low fat aldi cheese, pickled jalapenos and hot sauce. Just heat the wrap in a pan, add everything, and fold it over when it gets nice and crispy! Really hits the junk-food spot, and super, super easy/lazy/cheap!
