From our own personal experience, we’d recommend playing Forza Horizon 5 in the Performance mode. With ray-tracing limited to just the ForzaVista mode, there’s not a massive difference between Forza Horizon. Like the title says, forza horizon 3 needs to either be optimized for series x, or get equipped with the Xbox FPS boost capabilities. I love forza horizon 4, but nothing is quite like racing around on an enlarged hot wheels track to bring you back to your childhood. On Xbox Series S, the title will run at 1080p/60 FPS. Overall, it seems that Performance mode may be the way to go for racing purists even if there is some minimal pop-in at greater distances. Quality- 4k 30fps on Series X Performance- 4k 60fps on Series X Quality- 1080p 30fps Series S Performance-1080p 60fps Series S Series X has 4k 60fps with raytracing in Vista mode.
